With more than $35 million in completed upgrades and improvements, including new, world-class amenities, The Chicago Board of Trade Building is reinvented again as an innovative space for technology companies, trading firms and traditional office tenants demanding a robust, scalable infrastructure.
The Chicago Board of Trade Building is one of the most recognized structures in the nation. From its famous and faceless statue perched atop the building’s pyramid roof, to the myriad sculptures, stone carvings and three-story marbled lobby, this art deco skyscraper remains an iconic part of Chicago history and its skyline. It was designated a Chicago Landmark in 1977 and earned its place as a National Historic Landmark in 1978.
